Said it, did it: the Buzzpot beta is out.

Buzzpot is a canvas for coding agents. Every task you hand to Claude Code, Codex, or Grok sits as a card on a single canvas. You can see who's working on what, what's done, and what depends on what. Across several projects at once, locally and privately. The video at the end of this post shows all of this much better than I can describe it.

I built it for myself. At some point I had a pile of terminal tabs open across all my projects, and I kept losing time trying to remember which agent was doing what and where it had stopped. I'd forget what was already done and what to do next. Now I open the canvas and within a minute I know what's going on. The longer version of that story is in How Buzzpot came to be.

Fun fact: I built Buzzpot inside Buzzpot (recursion, yes). And about three weeks in, I broke it badly. While I spent several days fixing it, I had to move back to the terminal. It hurt, and I was very happy to return to my canvas :)

It's a beta, so to be honest: branches and worktrees sometimes stumble, remote access from the phone is rough, and there are plenty of places in the interface where you have to guess. I'm fixing things as fast as I can. On the upside, it's free until the end of January. After that it becomes paid: a one-time purchase, with an optional renewal if you want updates for the following year. Without the renewal it keeps working just as it did.

It runs on macOS, and you need your own Claude, Codex, or Grok subscription. Buzzpot runs their CLIs, it doesn't replace them.

You can download it at buzzpot.app. I'm building this solo, and feedback would help me a lot right now: bugs, ideas, "I have no idea what I'm supposed to do here". Email me at skorobogatkonn@gmail.com or open an issue straight from the app. I read and reply to everything myself.

That's it. Hugs to everyone, back to building.
