When I first started working at a large company, I heard this phrase: “We want every employee to treat the product as if it were their own.”
I think it is impossible to treat a product as your own if you have never tried to build your own product. It changes how you look at everything. So if you want to better understand product responsibility, I would suggest not reading another article, but building your own project of any size.
The difference becomes clear quickly.
