New week, new update.

This week, I started intentionally slowing down my activity on Leaflo.

  1. The updated positioning of Leaflo as a CBT self-help app is gradually making its way across all touchpoints. I updated the copy, some landing page materials, and a bunch of small details.

  2. I added a place to collect feedback inside the app. This should have been there a while ago, but I never got around to it.

  3. I created a new Reels format for Instagram and TikTok, where Leaflo already has accounts. It is a dialogue between a kind girl and a sarcastic parrot. I’ll see how this format performs. The first videos are already out.

I also started working more actively on my second product. It will be called Plainline. Of course, the first thing I did was buy the domain, but there is nothing there yet. Once something appears, I’ll share it.

Plainline will be a service for creating presentations. Not for designers, but for regular people who want to turn text into slides without thinking about builders, layouts, and visual design.

The main difference with Plainline will be a different approach to the presentation workflow: more focus on meaning and text, less focus on assembling the slides themselves.

Right now, I’m doing a lot of research to see whether the idea can actually be built. I’m tuning prompts, testing different APIs, and debugging code generators. At the moment, I’m about 70% confident that it should work. I’ll try to gain another 20% this week.

To be continued.
